1. Courier location in Wolt Merchant
One suggestion could be to add it to the Wolt Merchant app, which is an app for restaurants to prepare orders. Here, the business can see what the customer has ordered. It would be good to add the current location of the courier for restaurants as well, so that the restaurant can see where the courier is. This feature would be useful in smaller towns in the evenings when restaurants are not sure whether the courier will actually arrive for the order.

2. New order labeling

Currently, there are several tag options in the courier application. Specifically, I mean labels such as: cash order, new customer, order ready, heavy order and age check. In this proposal, there would be a new tag called "REGULAR CUSTOMER". The tag would indicate that the customer orders through the Wolt service with a certain regularity. This tag would be seen by both couriers and businesses. Another tag would be for couriers only and would display "PRIORITY DELIVERY", which the customer can choose for an additional fee. Another could be a tag called "WOLT+" where the courier would see that the customer has purchased free shipping as part of the subscription.

3. New courier equipment
Not all pieces of Wolt equipment for couriers are available in the Czech Republic. For example, in Malta, where I was, couriers have backpacks available directly for scooters or motorcycles, which can be attached to the back of the vehicle. Also here, a few couriers have reflective vests or long-sleeved shirts. I would like to thank Wolt Malta for two pieces of reflective vests, as a souvenir from the holiday.
